Software for the informative-measuring system of statistical diagnostics (IMSSD) of wind power units (WPU) is developed, that enables to get estimations of spectral-correlation parameters of the investigated processes, numerical values of parameters of distribution, and also to fit the empiric histograms with usage of Pearson's curves system. A method and software for forecasting of moment of possible failure of the separate construction parts of WPU on the basis of theory of statistical splines is developed. The obtained results are used in the laboratory sample of IMSSD of WPU.
