Analyzers DMA 242C and STA 449F1 of company NETZSCH (Germany) were used for research. It is established, that ultrasonic treatment leads to increasing of Young's modulus on 20 GPa and partial crystallization of the amorphous alloy, which expressed in decreasing of the heat of crystallization and reduce of the stability of a material to oxidation.
