The object of investigation is the system of higher education, all its elements. The topic of the scientific research is the process of humanization of the education and the training in the higher educational institutions, the peculiarity of its realization by the all stadies of educational-and-training activity in higher educational school. The aim of the investigation is the complex research of problems of humanization of the education and the training just in the higher school, the studying of the content and the essence of the humanization, its influence on the formation of the all round cultivated personality. According to the aim there were formulated the tasks of research: 1) to analyze the scale of scientific investigations of those problems in scientific literature; 2) to study the content and the essence of the process of the humanization in its historical retrospective and at the modern stage of the development of the society; 3) to investigate the methodological principles of the humanization of the education and the training in the higher school. As the result of the research the conclusions were done: the new humanization of the education and the training is determined by the needs in creative personality at the postindustrial period and the necessity to opposite to the crisis of the culture, was beginning at the XXth century and didn't complete yet. The education as the social institute is able to the new humanization, and the development of the humanity in accordance to the negative scenario, the ignorance of the positive possibilities of the epoch will make it difficult for it to do this.
