The biogeochemical self-purification (from the post-accident 90Sr) streams in the water-body-cooler of ChAES, North-Crimean canal, Kievsky and Kakhovsky storage pools were determined. It was stated, that energy dissipation by stream methane gas emissions may be the reason for the microuppwelling effect, and production of the chemosynthesis, at the expense of the methane bacterial oxidation may achieve tens of interests from the initial phytoplankton production and exceed it on the fields of the bottom gas discharge.
