New species of amphipoda and copepoda, tolerant to hypoxia were identified. The comparative analysis of the Crimean estuary zones of different genesis ichthyocoen characteristics, which are under the anthropogenic factors impact, was made. Condition of the antioxidant system of the Black sea fishes and mollusks tissues was studied. The many-year tendency of the Karadag wildlife preservation parasitocenoses change was stated. The presence of the endogenous bioluminescence rhythm of ctenophore M. leidyi and B. ovata and their luminescence photoinhibition regimes were determined. It was stated experimentally, that method of the delayed fluorescence can be used in express-analysis regime for evaluating the microalgae reaction on different environment conditions. It was shown, that critical term of microalgae cells storage in anhydrobiosis condition made 3 - 4 years, and after that the processes of cells dying off become stable. Phytocozoological characteristic of the Heracleus coastal ecocentre was given. 43 flora species of the given region were included into the Red Book of Ukraine, 15 - were suggested for the regional preservation and 5 species were recommended to be considered as endangered species. It was stated that green microalgae of genus Bracteacoccus (B.minor and B.giganteus) may be recommended for the mass cultivation as producents of the natural ketocarotenoid. Experimental pattern of the marine water purification hydrobiological system with the project capacity of 450 m3 was developed. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
