Integration activity regularitys are analysed and systematized, principal reasons of mergies and absorptions are defined. 4. Existent forms of enterprises associations are researched and generalized, its features, principles of construction and functioning are complemented and defined. 5. The modern instruments of enterprises integration are researched. 6. The dynamics tendencies of companies mergies and absorptions are analysed at the level of world economy, its industries, world countries. 7. Basic definition and essence of mergies and absorptions are analysed and specified. 8. Criteria and classification of mergies and absorptions are developed. 9. The legislative providing and the features of the legislative adjusting of confluences and absorptions in the world and in Ukraine are defined. 10. Principal reasons of negative consequences of confluences and absorptions are analysed and systematized. 11. Essence of category "cost of company (enterprises)", the existent types of cost are analysed. 12. Principles and methods of estimation of the company cost are researched. 13. The basic theoretical aproaches to determination of essence of concept "capitalization" are analysed. 14. Capitalization and other performance of large companies of different industries of Ukrainian economy and economy of other countries of the world are analysed. The results of researches are used in activity of Main Administration of Economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration.
