The study aims to improve the quality of finished products and minimize energy costs. Achieving this goal will be through the introduction of modern means of automation, data mining algorithms and control. Results of research and development activities are means of automation, models and algorithms for automated process control (APC) systems for various branches of agriculture: the equipment choosing methods for mixed-fodder technological production line; information, mathematical models and software for mixed-fodder production APC; mixed-fodder disinfection unit with electromagnetic field usage with rationalization of its optimal design and energy parameters; models of energy, information and material flows in biotechnical systems; technical means, models of algorithms for АРС, monitoring and diagnosis of biotechnological systems; management models of mobile technical units of various types (traditional, with a constant sensitivity to the differential part); prototype of the steering control unit with high controllability. The main results of research and development activities the technical and algorithmic solutions in Ukraine and abroad have no analogues. In animal husbandry improving performance, reduce cost of feed is the energy intensity of production. In crop plant: minimize specific energy consumption, improve productivity in biotechnological systems, reduce the number of failures and false positives protection and production losses. Steering control unit can improve the performance of agricultural machinery in half.
