Purpose of researches: providing of industry power raw biotmaterial (by castor oil), and stock-raising - by high-protein sterns by renewal in Ukraine of production and processing of клещевины. Increase of efficiency of the use of agricultural technique due to replacement of oilstock for a production fuel - lubricating materials on raw material from renewal sources and rational use of products of its conversion. Methods of researches: during the leadthrough of researches used: methods of theory of authenticity, mathematical statistics, двухмерных crossings with the use of COMPUTER, methods of estimation of триботехнических properties of TSM, methods of estimation of химмотологических properties of TSM, methods of laser Doppler интерферометрии. Experimental researches are executed in laboratory and field terms, for development of which the methods of planning of experiments and treatment were used initial information. Theoretical and practical results: development collective the module and machines for a revision enabled the lots of castor oil to provide the economy of seed of castor oil on 12% and decrease енрговитрати on 7%. Development of decorticator seed of castor oil allowed to promote quality of переробляємого kernel on 20% and decrease энергозатраты on 5%. The results of researches of хімотологічних and триботехнічних processes at the use of PMM enabled to give practical recommendations on application of materials of трибоспряжень for prognostication of remaining resource at the use of PMM of biological origin. Novelty, efficiency: a manufacturability raw biotmaterial is grounded on the south of Ukraine and efficiency of exploitation of agricultural technique is certain due to replacement of oilstock for the production of паливо- of lubricating materials on raw material from renewal sources and rational use of products of its conversion.
