The object of the research work is more profound study of theory and methodology and substantiation of practical measures for increasing efficiency of financial and credit providing of reproduction of agrarian sector in the region. Research methods include analysis and synthesis for studying the object and the subject of research; abstract and logical method, used for theoretical generalizations and inference making. Statistical method of time series analysis and methods of descriptive statistics have been employed for analysis of dynamics of indices of financing and crediting of farmers. Besides, economical and statistical methods of economic phenomena simulation have also been used in the work. The scientific research resulted in development of certain methodological recommendations on improvement of financial and credit providing of reproduction in agro-industrial complex. It have been proposed as a system of elements for state support of agro-industrial complex, arranged by trends and methods; integral indicator of evaluation of financial stability of agricultural enterprises has been worked out; classification model of credit risk level estimation has been developed for farms in Zaporizhia region; mechanism of insurance against income loss risk during plant cultivation produce production has been described. Based on evaluation results the most efficient and the most realistic scenario from the position of availability is considered to be the one, including optimization of system of circulating assets control at enterprises, rising of level of investments to the branch, preserving of preferential tax treatment for commodity producers.
