Object of research - methods, means and models of word-formation of Russian. The work purpose: development of theoretical methods and algorithmic maintenance of intellectual systems of processing of the text information in a natural language. The received results: the new basic lexical functions, allowed to develop formal model of semantics of a derivative word in the form of superposition of formal representations of semantics of formants making a word, that reduce size of stored data, are offered; The formal model of tree node, containing word-formation formants, rules of word-formation and alternation, which allows to reduce size of derivative words at word-formation synthesis, is developed; the method of the morphological analysis by Volkova I.A. by using of offered trees of morphemes making a word form, which allows to use the word-formation knowledge base for reception of grammar characteristics of a word form, is improved; the concept of a measure of semantic closeness of the words which usage as the criterion function in the developed heuristic algorithm of word-formation allows to lower time expenses for construction of a derivative word on set semantics, is offered. The forecast: The developed formalisings and algorithms can be used both in expert systems and educational environments, and in information retrieval systems, as elements of spelling and machine translation systems. The developed expert system of training to word-formation assists faster accumulation of a lexicon of pupils and develops habits of usage of different word-formation models at Russian studying. The developed dialogue component and web-oriented interface of expert educational system simplify the forming of semantics of a derivative word and allows to use the system in remote education.
