It is discloset that the traditional methods of teaching of electrodynamics have a number of shortcomings: teaching takes a place at an inductive level; the principles of the special theory of relativity in spit of the fact that electrodynamics is a relativistic theory are not practically used; principle of fundamentality of physical education is not realized in the process of teaching. Three fundamental postulates are put into the basis of the offered method: principle of relativity, Coulomb's law, principle of superposition. Reasoning from these postulates it is possible to ground Maxwell's equation and other laws of electrodynamics and give physical and methodical explanation of those electrodynamic phenomena which remained without the proper explanations in the traditional methods. In particular it is first disclosed: that at the heart of the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction (ЕMI) ther is the principle of relativity and Coulomb's law, and that the law of EMI in the form is the consequence of the principles of relativity, superposition and Coulomb's law; that (unlike R. Feynman's assertions about absence of the common profound principle which is at the heart of the law of EMI) such fundamental principle has been found. It is presentation of the law of EMI in the form , on the basis of which the description of those phenomena which are interpreted in the traditional method of study of the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction on the basis of the concepts of its double nature becomes possible.
