It was studied the thermodynamics of the equilibrium adsorption of b-diketonates of the transition metals on the surface of micro- and nanoparticles depending on the substrate nature, temperature and the transition metal. It was investigated, that the b-diketonates of the transition metals, in particular Cobalt (III) acethylacetonate can be used as the high-effective initiators of polymerization "from the surface" of substrate. It has been studied the thermal stability of products immobilized on the substrate surface Al2O3.
