It is necessary to mark and use in future the trees with high productivity of full seeds to increase the selecting seed farming of forestry kinds of conifers in their seed plantations. The cone shape of P. sylvestris is not an adaptive meaningful characteristic which is proved by the absence of any considerable distinctions in average heterozygosis of the three groups of trees, those with narrowcone-like, cone-shaped and widecone-like cones. Coloration of seeds is not a functionally distinctive feature, meaningful for the adoptive process of the population. The seed coloration phenomarker is recommended for the structural analysis of P. sylvestris populations. The impact of the nitrogen-bearing aeropollutants does not influence the degree of cross-pollination of P. sylvestris. The allele diversity of Picea abies populations seed germs from the Ukrainian Polissya and of P.kochiana seed germs from the Mountainous Crimea, typical of maternal plants, is sustained, however the observed heterozygosis of the seed germs is considerably lower than that of the full-grown trees. A considerable redundancy of homozygotes and significant disorder in distribution of genotypes in compliance with the Hardy-Weinberg Law are inherent in seed germs.
