The work purpose - to raise a forecasting effectiveness, diagnostics and treatments of diseases gastroduodenal zones at children by introduction patogenetic proved diagnostico-prognostical and medical actions on the basis of studying сlinical-endoscopy, psychological and imunogenetical indicators. Research methods - epidemiological, genealogical, clinical, sociometrical, immunological, imunogenetical, endoscopy, statistical. The used equipment - PH-metre «IKSh-2», gastrofibroscopy «Pentax FG-24 Р», US «Aloca SSD-680», sets of tests for imunogenetical researches. Results and their novelty: it is spent retrospective comparative analysis disease indicators gastroduodenal zones at children who live in a countryside of Chernovitsky region and in the city of Chernovtsy. It is studied features of a clinical current and progressing of chronic diseases of gastroduodenal zones at children depending on type of the person and climatic-geographical zones residing. It is established a role of genetic and surrounding factors in occurrence gastroduodenal diseases. HLA-antigenes, - phenotypes, - gaplotypes which associate with propensity and resistance to diseases of gastroduodenal zones at children are established. It is established associations of HLA-antigenes with character and weight of a current of pathological process.
