Changes of the circadian rhythms of the hypophysial-thyroid system have been detected and their effect on the state of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis has been corroborated in patients with allergodermias, the authors have revealed changes of the content of trace elements and macroelements in the biosubstrates of patiens with eczema and psoriasis, depending on their habitation in plain foothill and mountarinous districts of the region, in patients with psoriasis – desynchronosis of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, in patients with lichen ruber planus and pyodermatites – changes of systemic immunity and phagocytosis. The efficacy of differentiated, including chronodetermined modes of treatment of allergic, erythemosquamous and infectious dermatoses (pyodermatites) has been elaborated and corroborated with the use of antioxidant and polyenzymatic medications, hepatoprotectors and laser therapy.
