Department of psychiatry popup.description2 1084 patients with acute surgical abdominal pathology were examined and treated. Algorithms of examination of patients in post-operative period were worked out. Original methods were introduced: miniinvasive puncture drainage of intraabdominal abscesses and cysts of pancreas and liver under sonography control; usage of synthetic implants in surgical treatment of strangulated hernias. New treatment methods of acute pancreatitis with the use of interventional sonography were worked out, their usage in complex treatment in parapancreatic infiltration decreased surgical treatment frequency from 100% to 22,2%. Worked out tactical algorithms of diagnostics and surgical treatment of acute pancreatitis and its local complications significantly decreased general and post-operative lethality from 27,3% to 10,1%, post-operative complications - from 52,3% to 27,5%, reduced hospital stay from 32,59±2,96 to 25,51±1,51 days. Two new operation treatment methods of forestomach ulcers were worked out and introduced.
