Approximately two thirds of industrial accidents are related to organizational reasons due to the low responsibility of workers and managers for own and collective safety. It has been shown that just one out of four or five young specialists realizes his responsibility for personal safety, and about two thirds of respondents believe that the authorities and employers should be in charge for their safety during work. Although the main trends in the realization of labour safety precautions are determined by the compromise between financial viability of economical activity and the state's social responsibility in the field of labour protection, the collaboration between the employees and employers covering these issues is, nonetheless, an important factor in order to increase the professional activity safety.
