Ukraine conducted expeditions in Antarctica and collect scientific information that is intended both for the study of the Antarctic, and for evaluation of global phenomena. Geographical Information System - the most convenient tool for organizing and analyzing scientific data and create spatial data infrastructure research test site. SCAR requirement is to ensure exchange of information between members SCAR-based recommendations on the forms and procedure for working with these data. Local automated systems NADC each SCAR participant develops independently, depending on subject area, volume and quality of data collected. The order of data access each SCAR participant determines by yourself. Access to data should be regulated. Terms of Reference for the creation of the AS NADC based on the technological achievements of the international level. AS NADC oriented to support international spatial data infrastructure standards and open systems interconnection. Development of technical specifications for creation AS NADC is the first stage of its creation, which was performed in the framework of this scientific and technical work. Creating the Automated System of National Antarctic Data Centre for this technical task will provide potential users a convenient, simple but regulated access to Antarctic data provide all the research areas of the possibility of their use for analysis and visual representation of Antarctic data and will solve effectively the current problems of design, logistics and monitoring associated with the organization of research in Antarctica.
