An new nonradiochemical method was developed for carrying out of the activity bundle measurement of the nuclides which irradiate alpha particles in the 30 km zone around ChNPP. This method uses a new calibrating source, which has g-rays with very low energy (4 keV). This fact allowed to decrease the errors of the activity complete measurements till to 2,5 %. The accuracy of the created method is 10-15 % for the activity higher 100 Bk and 20-30 % for the activity lower 100 Bk. The developed method allowed considerably to precipitate and simplify the measurements which required for the quality evaluation of the a-radionuclides radioecological dangerous for population. Using the thermal dispersion the Free films (targets) from high-melting chromium, scandium, zirconium, iron, copper isotopes of textured structures are prepared and explored by the method of thermal sputtering. About 2 sm2 films of 0,5 mg/sm2 thickness with homogeneity about 1 % and high cleanness ensure the opportunity to study nuclear reactions with the required precision measurement accuracy.
