Research aim: study of efficiency and reliability of diagnostic and correction psychotechnologies of influence on development of components of political participation. Research methods: questionnaire, testing, experiment, methods of statistical treatment of information. The system of measures of influence is worked out on forming of motives and skills of political participation of young people. It is distinguished internal motivators and external stimulators of motivational process in relation to political participation, the functional model of formation of motivationin youth is created. Individually-stylish strategies of political behavior, that provide it's relative independence from a situation and situation moods, are described. The presence of influence of sentinel horizon is experimentally confirmed on behavior of elector-student. Strategies of forming of civil responsibility are offered within the limits of activity of leading social institutes.Questioning of socially active young people is conducted in relation to influence of activity in public organizations on personality of participants. Drawn conclusion, that for the increase of efficiency of influence on political participation of young people corresponding technologies of psychological accompaniment of development of youth public organizations are needed.
