Research goal is develop a model of social-psychological activation of the cognitive processes of social communication. Theoretical and practical results: A model of procedural bases for the development of group creativity in cognitive communication was developed. The system of principles for the development of social-psychological training was created. Was created a technique for development and application of cases for the training of specialists, whose activity is connected with the solution of conflict situations. The technology of reflective-creative training to enhance the processes of internal motivation and self-determination of teachers in professional communicative activity was developed. A method of designing and organizing dialogic space for the optimization of feedback in the process of communication was created. Novelty of this research is to develop a model of socio-psychological activation of the cognitive processes of social communication, which can be used in the practice of psychological work on optimization of joint activities. Results of the study are reflected in the manuscript of a manual, "Activation of cognitive processes to communicate."
