Inversely proportionality of e0-electron yield on alpha-particle energy was indicated, as was observed for beta-particles from radioactive decay. It was followed from experimental data that e0-electron yield of any particle is proportional on charge square of the particle and inversely proportional on its velocity. The dependence of e0-electron yield on energy of beta-particles was investigated in beta-decay of 46Sc by (gamma-e)-coincidence method. The size of selfionization for 46Sc atoms due to shake-off and direct collisions was determined. Probability of shake-off was established to be independent on the energy of beta-particle while it is inversely proportional on the velocity of beta-particle in direct collisions.
