Vernadsky University popup.description2 The outcome of the scientific activities of the Department on the topic "Civil agreement in the Crimea and its grounds" were the findings of the research staff of the department. The study had several phases of the practice. Within five years, phased study was conducted of the topic with the following results: The first phase studied the ontological foundation of civil harmony and the best shape of its formation in conjunction with the institution of the state. In the second phase of research conducted on the issue of dialogue between cultures and religions of the Crimea. The third phase was devoted to the study of issues of power and specificity of the mechanism of socialization in modern Ukrainian society. The fourth phase is devoted to investigation of the phenomenon of the Crimean identity in a multicultural, multifaith, multiethnic environment in terms of its economic, political, legal and socio-cultural dimension. The fifth stage was devoted to study the problem of civil harmony and its claim to the status of the ideology of the society in transition. Study of various aspects within the department of scientific subjects allowed to develop specific recommendations on ways and possibilities of the best dialogue "of society and power," which had been referred to the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
