Forming of flexible life-stance, development of anticipation and self-control skills, stimulation of coping-potential and encouragement of personal attitude to the health are distinguished as factors of activation of adaptive resources and increase of stress-resistance of youth. Correction of distorted psychical defenses and mastering of new ones as a ways to stress-resistance increase are discussed. Techniques of psycho-emotional self-control, unassisted ways-out of critical situations and instruments of stress time-management and stress prevention are proposed. Youth's attitude to family stresses connected with such socio-psychological factors as professional activity, socio-psychological support and material security.
