Interdependences between the main managerial elements of the economic activity of the enterprise are established. Unlike the existing elements of management they are based on the estimation of their threshold meanings which allow to form and make an effective decision concerning management of the economic activity of the enterprise in whole. The operating states in managing volume of production, fixed chargers with a product range, debutorial debts, the production stores and renovating of product assortment are realized.
