The palinomorphological assessment methods of anthropogenic impact level with the usage of microgametophyte test are employed. The method of ecological danger of pesticides assessment with the usage of cytogenetic analysis is described. The method of hard toxic earthworms impact assessment is improved. The sensitivity and tolerance of the higher plants generative organs to the anthropogenic stress method is developed. The group of indicator plants was completed by Acer platanoides L., Thuja occidentalis L., Juglans regia L. and Aesculus hippocastanum L., which can be used to determine the environment quality. Plants (Salix babylonica L., Armeniaca vulgaris Lam., Prunus divaricata Ledeb., Malus domestica Borkh., Cerasus vulgaris Mill.), which are tolerant to the anthropogenic chemical pollution are recommended for use at the green areas in the urbophytocenose. The classification of the environment pollution degree according to the higher plants cytogenetic indicators is employed. It is established that the anthropogenic chemical pollutions can interact, which leads to the strengthening of their toxic effect on the generative organs of plants.
