In electron-proton collisions at the Еcm=318 GeV in a wide kinematic range 5 < Q2 < 1000 ГеВ2, 1,5 < рТ < 15, the yields of D0 and D+ mesons are measured. The measured differential cross sections of D-mesons production have been compared with NLO QCD predictions using parton density distribution functions in the proton PDF, obtained from inclusive data on deep inelastic scattering, and a good description of the results is achieved. Observed differential cross sections were used for finding charm contribution in the proton structural function.
