From a practical point of this work is to develop a methodology for the design and testing of chemical compounds with increased and more stable activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and characterized by lower effective doses compared with drugs used to treat tuberculosis. The studies produced results that contribute to the development of anti-TB drugs, which is important to human health. The results are different screening newly synthesized compounds will provide a basis for understanding the interaction of the ligand - FtsZ-protein.
