Relevant equipment and software was developed and produced. Analysis of ultimate composition was estimated for its relative sensitivity, validity and accurateness by standards of composition. Recommendations are given as to the MPSD metrological characteristics amplification during its modification and production as a prototype model followed by tests as a part of a mass-spectrograph.
