A reconstruction of atmospheric circulation of the first half of the twentieth century in the Southern Hemisphere has been obtained for the first time in the world, in accordance with the archive of the circulation of the Northern Hemisphere allowing making analysis of climate change over the southern hemisphere, the Antarctic and at Vernadsky station during the previous century. Some new original and unique results are received for the total ozone amount variability over Vernadsky station as well as over Antarctica and the Southern Hemisphere. A model of long-term prognosis of formation, formation and destruction of the ozone hole in the winter-spring period over the southern hemisphere with a three-month lead time is developed. A new model for the formation of the sea ice cover in the Antarctic seas and modeling studies is worked out.
