The subject of research is the accounting and analytical support to the management system of enterprises of the food-the whine industry. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving accounting-analytical providing system management of enterprises in the food industry. In this work, we used the following methods: statistical method of questioning and generalization is in the study of conditions of formation of accounting policy at the enterprises of confectionery industry; the method of expert estimations the weaknesses and strengths of the analyzed enterprises - in determining the opportunities and threats for economic activity. The practical are worked out recommendations in relation to improvementof management information on industrial enterprises found that reflection in a educational process, during the publication of the scientific articles, performances on scientific conferences, realization of dissertation researches. Application of the recommendations offered in practice allows to provide the optimality of process of forming of registration politics of enterprise. Research results can be drawn on : at forming of registration politics of enterprises; at the grant of con-sultative services and realization of economic control; in educational work for preparation of specialists of economic profile and at program of courses development from a record-keeping, analysis, audit.
