The study examined the mechanism of administrative activities in a dynamic organization in an environment based on organizational riznotypnosti and bahatosub'yektnosti position and hierarchy of the administration. The goal defined stages of the im-plementation of research was the formation of the theoretical and methodological principles of research administration processes of the organization and study areas of improvement of mechanisms and tools for adapting administrative functions of the organization to external changes.
