Ushynskyy popup.description2 Object: magnesium and titanium alloys sheets Purpose of the study - to carry out investigations of the crystals anisotropy phenomenon arising in the solids under the different external influences as an additional reserve to improve the properties of the metallic and semiconductor materials all over explotational and technological parameters ; to receive the experimental and theoretical material to construct a general physics theory of the crystals strength and plasticity; to develop the techniques of measurements, design and prognostication of the metallic semiconductor half-finished products and articles, with taking into account of the real structure. Methods: x-ray diffraction analysis; the deformation of studied sheets by the alternating bending; rolling of the sheets with a different cogging degree. Theoretical and practical results: Certification methods of the sheet half -finished products for theirs using in the constructional problems have been elaborated. Treatment regimes of the magnesium alloy sheets by correcting and alternating bending to receive the sheets with the high plasticity level at the room temperatures ,suitable for farther punching and stretching, have been established . It has been established , that the mechanical properties anisotropy of the titanium and magnesium sheets after deformation by the alternating bending is yield to tensor description and is estimated by means of the texture integral characteristics and of the monocrystal constants. The effectiveness of the implementation of the results: utilization of the study results will allow to receive the stamped magnesium alloys sheets for engineering industry needs without preliminary heating that is considerably reduces the production cost price.
