The purpose of work - justification of the design, preparation of methodical provision and testing of the layouts of the individual parts of main systems of the space surveillance radar (SSR), created using a technology for digital antenna arrays (DAA). Methods of research - structural-and-logical analysis, multi-criteria analysis and synthesis of complex technical systems, mathematical modeling. In result of studies are developed: - requirements for the parameters of the main modes of SSR operation, time cycles and signals; - beam diagram control parameters of the prototype of the antenna transmission system; - requirements for the test stand of the 64-channel antenna transmission system; - test methods of tests of transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna systems and SSR prototype, including the effects of active noise interference; - rotation device for measuring the diagram of the prototype had been manufactured; - justification and description of the SSR control room and the means to documentation and objective control; - proposals to establish the software of orbital processing algorithms for SSR; - completed testing of prototypes of antenna transmitting and antenna receiving systems, and SSR prototype, including the effects of active noise interference. The results of the conceptual design stage are used in the preparation of the design documentation of ground-based space monitoring radar.
