Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics of the National Academy of Scinces of Ukraine popup.description2 There is given the results of the investigations of the structure, phase content, relief and superconducting properties of the containing-oxide thin films of magnesium diboride (MgB2), deposited on the dielectric wafers by a magnetron sputtering of magnesium diboride targets. We observed the possibilities of the changing of type of pinning of Abrikosov vorticies from grain-boundary to point type (in the fabricated films) by an increasing of the annealing temperature. It's demonstrated the deposited films contains a superconducting matrix which are the oxigen solid solution in the magnesium diboride crystal lattice like as Mg(B1-уОу)2 , here superconducting critical current density of the films achieves up to 1,8·1011 - 8,2 · 1010А/м2 in the fields 0-1 Т ( if external magnetic field is perpendicular to wafer ) at 20 K. It's demonstrated that for the fabricated heterostructures the IcRn product value is increasing sufficiently as a result of a realization of the resonance-percolation mechanism of charge transport in them.
