The goal of the work - development of methods for the synthesis of such compounds, the study of their spatial structure and properties, as well as conducting comprehensive studies of influence of these calixarenes on the systems of active transport of Ca2+ and Na2+ cations. As a result of the project the new selective circulating effectors of transport Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase and Na+,K+- ATPase of plasma membrane were received. The results can be used in physical, chemical and medical research, and biochemistry.
