It was established that the maxima of distribution for phosphate nanoparticles are located at lower thermalization length than in the case of fluoride ones. A method for modeling the intensity recombination luminescence of the size of the nanoparticles was proposed. Theoretical dependencies of recombination luminescence intensity on the size of LnPO4 and MeF2 nanoparticles were calculated. Correlation between the obtainedcurves and experimental size studies of X-ray excited luminescence intensity for corresponding nanoparticles. It was shown that the main mechanism of energy transfer from small nanoparticles to polystyrene matrix is associated with the departure of high-energy electrons from nanoparticles.
