In the process of investigation it was found out that the process of instruction in higher school is carried out on the basis of model of preparation and master's personal development trajectory constructing. The main tendencies of instructional process improvement are considered optimization of instructional content, methods of improvement of academic achievements assessment, in-plant training of teachers. The diagnostic methodologies used in the process of experiment are described. The instructional and methodical materials for masters' preparation are developed. The results of the investigation can be used in the process of in-plant training of teachers, higher educational establishments and in post diploma teachers' training.
