Scientific results: the first time the method of determining the coefficient of stability of distributed energy sources in electricity networks, taking into account the probabilistic nature of charts and graphs of power consumption of sources and takes into account their characteristics when evaluating regime and carrying reliability; the first time a method for determination of operation quality of distributive electric systems with distributed generation, which, given a set of probabilistic parameters and characteristics of local electric systems allows to evaluate their regime and carrying reliability; was developed method for determining the optimum capacity of renewable electricity, which is manifested in taking into account factors of instability sources and their location and to determine the reasonable directions of development of renewable energy sources to provide reliable and quality power supply; was developed method of optimization of cascades of small hydropower plants on the basis of hydraulic and electrical connections, which allows to determine the optimal sequence of control actions at individual stations in cascade and ensure maximum efficiency of water use. Bottom Line: based on the proposed method was the method of optimization of electrical networks with distributed power sources, as well as software to determine the optimal parameters and schemes of joining such sources.
