Description

As techniques for analyzing the content of D-lactate and patulin as models selected prototype biosensors, enzyme conductometric biosensor for determining the concentration of D-lactate and patulin and enzyme potentiometric biosensor for rapid assessment by reserpine total content of indole alkaloids in tissue culture Rauvolfia serpentina reared in -vitro, and portable sensor systems for determination of bisphenol A based polymers synthesized from biomimetyk-receptor properties, capable of binding bisphenol A highly selective method of molecular imprinting. The developed techniques of preparation solutions through the implementation method based on the ability of the elements that are part of the developed biosensors, participate in redox reactions, and methods of evaluation expanded uncertainty of measurement results.
