The method of low-temperature crystallization from the melt was used to obtain colloidal "core-shell" heteroparticles SiO2/CdS and SiO2/Au. There were obtained the samples of the films with a thickness up to 7 mcm based on the "core-shell" heteroparticles SiO2/CdS and SiO2/Au with the shell formed by CdS and Au nanocrystals of o preset size and different diameters of SiO2.
