The aim is improvement of production technology for ceramic bricks and increasing their quality characteristics. The methods of researches are roentgenophase, thermodifferential, chemical and granulometric analyses. The phesicochemical properties of clay charges components, sintering temperature range and composits of ceramic masses for products with different quality and color gamma, are determined. The conditions of forming, drying and burning of optimal ceramic samples compositions are worked out. Their water absorption, mechanical strength, air shrinkage and fire shrinkage are determined. As for received properties, the test ceramic materials meet the requirements for clinker products. Field of use: С 23.32 – the production of brick, tile and other building goods from firing clay.
