This upgrade is only possible while control device CNC provides smooth change of differential kinematical characteristics of the motion of the work parts of machine during the machining. The hardware part of the devel-oped control device CNC is a two-level. Control tasks are divided between the two computers in the local network. The top level performs terminal and communication tasks, and the bottom level solves geometrical, logical and technological problems. The bottom level operates in real time and it is a computer. The modules of input-output digital discrete signals, interfaces of drives and sensors feedback are connected to system bus of this computer. As a result, not only the service capabilities of the machine control are improved through the installation of modern microprocessor technology, but also the speed of the tool are increased by several times with providing accuracy machining not worse then determined on the passport of the machine.
