Head Ostrovskay G, Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 16-01-2018 Organization Taras Shevchenko Kiev University popup.description2 The object of the study is a nanocomposite system based on highly dispersed silica and plant material with high content of polyphenols on the cytophysiological features of the liver under normal conditions and the development of metabolic syndrome. The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the influence of the composite system on the basis of silica and plant material on the manifestation of metabolic syndrome and hepatotoxicity in a modeled alimentary obesity in rats Methods of research - modeling of alimentary obesity, biochemical studies of blood serum, histological analysis of liver tissue. It has been shown that a high-calorie diet in rats during 100 days leads to the development of certain manifestations of obesity and metabolic syndrome, which are expressed in the increase in body weight and visceral fat, the development of primary and middle stages of parenchymatous fatty degeneration with a decrease in the morphological manifestations of synthetic activity of the nucleus, with slight deviations biochemical level. The introduction of phytopreparations with high content of polyphenols, as well as flavonoids, terpenes of polysaccharides in some cases leads to manifestations of "adaptive strain" of liver hepatocytes, both in the standard diet and in the background of a high-calorie diet. The positive influence of the composite system on the basis of highly dispersed silica and phytosterol with high content of polyphenols on the reduction of visceral fat in the rat body at the standard diet, normalization of the level of bilirubin and its fractions in the background of modeling obesity is shown; lowering the level of cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase against the background of simulated obesity, increasing globulin fractions of serum, protective action against dystrophic changes in the liver tissue on the background of alimentary obesity.
