These objects are included in the list of satellites observed by the International Laser Ranging Service. Regular observations of these objects in different orbits were conducted taking into account object visibility and technical capabilities of stations. Each station independently carried out the data processing to obtain the equatorial coordinates of the objects in NEO. The results of data processing for 183 observations in low Earth orbits and one geostationary satellite were sent to a working FTP server. A database of right ascensions and declinations at the moment of observations for 84 objects has been created. Orbital elements for 84 objects were calculated in two formats - TLE and CPF. A precision of observations in 2018 was estimated. Catalogue of orbital elements at the web site was updated as the result of data processing after the first period of observations in 2018.
