Scientific tasks of work: - to determine the criteria for the physical and emotional stresses of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of different groups of military occupations and specialties (engineering and technical staff, command staff, operators, drivers, etc.); - to substantiate the indicators of physical and emotional stresses of military personnel of the Army of different groups of military occupations and specialties (engineering and technical staff, command staff, operators, drivers, etc.); - provide methodical recommendations (sentences) to the commanders (supervisors) regarding the regulation and dosage of physical and emotional stresses of subordinate personnel of the Army. Methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and generalization of literary sources) - to reveal the essence of the problem and determine the ways of its solution; sociological methods (questionnaires) - for determining the main types of physical stresses of servicemen during military warfare; methods of mathematical statistics - for the processing of experimental data. To achieve this goal, an analysis and generalization of the existing practice of organization and methods of conducting physical training with servicemen of separate military specialties is conducted; the specifics of the typical professional activities of servicemen in the conditions are studied. According to the results of the analysis and generalization of data, the specifics of typical professional activities of servicemen of different military specialties (nature, types of physical effort, degree of physical and emotional stresses, and intensity in individual sections of the entire complex of professional actions of a specialist, in accordance with the requirements of operational and tactical norms) have been determined. This provides an opportunity to develop a theoretical and practical platform for the development of an effective system of military specialists training with the help of physical exercise complexes.
