The purpose of the work – collection of in-situ and satellite data for the territory of Ukraine (optical, radar) for the current year and creation of verified datasets for testing of developed scientific methods of deep learning for geospatial analysis. Methods of research - intelligent computation, statistical models, decision trees. In this work the approaches to collection of training samples and further their digitizing based on satellite data are proposed. They are based on analysis of spectral bands of satellite imagery and collected in-situ data during samples formation. For crops classification optical satellite data are used. For collecting of training data “along the roads” survey for 2018 year was performed, the data collected over international test polygon JECAM Ukraine ( http://jecam.org.ua ) are used. In-situ data were transformed to digital form (ESRI-shapefile). Created dataset was randomly divided into test (50%) and training (50%) sub- datasets. Data from training datasets are used for training, and test set – for verification of classifier accuracy. Time series of satellite data were downloaded and pre-processing of optical and radar satellite data for the entire vegetation period was performed.
