Thermal imaging and temperature distributions (with the noise equivalent difference temperature NEDT ? 40 mK) of objects that are at different temperatures and radiating in the IR range of spectrum, using functional structures of filters, are obtained. On the basis of obtained thermal imaging of objects with use of film functional structures - filters the selection of materials and technological regimes of their formation were optimized.
