Using numerical methods, solutions of statistical equations describing the behavior of an ensemble of particles corresponding to the modeling are found. The agreement of the diffusion coefficient dependences on the correlation time obtained in numerical simulation and in the analytical model is shown. These results determine the regions of parameters in which the transverse diffusion of plasma particles is less intense. Thus, they can serve to optimize the microwave plasma heating regime.
