The main mechanism of action of LFNO on the MaxiK channel of MMC pulmonary arteries of rats is to increase the probability of an open state of the channel. The uterine smooth muscle had a different response to the use of LFNO (3 ?g / ml). Those strips that did not generate spontaneous phase activity showed a decrease in tension.
